Our programming is based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) - Belonging, Being and Becoming.
Belonging – to my family, friends and the community.
Being – a time to be, to seek and make meaning of the world through play.
Becoming – a valued member of society; all that I can be.
Incorporating the EYLF- five learning outcomes, the educators will set goals and capture complex learning and development of young children:
1. Children have a strong sense of identity.
2. Children are connected with and contribute to their world.
3. Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
4. Children are confident and involved learners.
5. Children are effective communicators.
We pride ourselves on our small groups and individual attention that we offer the children. Our programs include language, literacy and math as well as the creative arts (art, music, and dance), development of life skills, problem solving and exploration.
We keep you involved in your child’s progress in sharing our observations with you through the ‘Parents Room’ website. We document using photos and videos along with comments by your child and you can access these at home and share them with your family. We also meet with you regularly to talk about your child’s development. Please also look for information on each door about the weekly experiences and our documentation panels on the walls in each room.
